Things to do:

  1. Set the subject to “Suggestions” if you’re sharing improvements or recommendations.
  2. Set the subject to “Technical” if you’re reporting a technical problem. Please include your ISP (provider name like Airtel, Jio, etc.); your IP address (search ‘what is my IP” to find it); your operating system and version (Windows 7 32‑bit, Windows 10 64‑bit, MacOS, etc.); your browser name and version (Chrome Version 85.0.4183.100 32-bit, Firefox 80.0.1 64-bit, etc.); and details of any ad‑blockers, extensions, firewall, or antivirus software you’re using.
  3. Set the subject to “DMCA Content removal” if you’re requesting removal of content. For a faster reply, we suggest submitting a properly formatted DMCA notice. If you’re not sure how to prepare it, please provide your Name, Address, Contact number, a valid ID proof, and the exact links that should be reviewed [URL to post, URL to image; URL to video]. Incorrect or fake information may result in no action being taken.
  4. Set the subject to “Video request” if there’s specific content you’d like to see on Kamukta HD. (If it’s feasible, we may publish it. Please don’t spam repeated requests, or your messages may be blocked.)
  5. Set the subject to “Advertising” if you want to advertise on Kamukta HD. To speed things up, include your company name, address, and a contact person’s name and phone number.
